…And we’re back. This time we discuss an episode with three Time Lords in it. I feel sorry for that poor wee town. One Time Lord is bad enough, but three? It’s amazing that the town was still standing when they left.

While you ponder the possible body count for that poor mining town, come join us, and let us know what you think of The Mark of the Rani.

In this episode, Mike Faber from the ESO and ESW podcasts joins Scott and Calliope to discuss The Two Doctors. There may be a bit of snark about outfits (That’s your stealthy outfit, Doctor? Nice sunglasses, Dastari) and a few other topics, so be warned.

Mike also mentions a Doctor Who comic (which you can find here). He also says, “Enjoy the comic it’s a wonderful story for all things Doctor Who… (warning it’s 247 pages long, but well worth it).”

WHO Have You Met?

Posted by: Dr. Geek

Hello again, Dr. Geek here:

I just wanted to create a quick post to let everyone know I will be attending the San Diego Comic Con next week.

This will be my first Comic Con and I plan to report back here with my reactions. In fact I am sure we will devote a segment to it on an upcoming podcast.

So this got me to thinking, Who have you met? Through the years I have met several actors from Classic Trek and its spin-offs, and from the world of Who, I have met The 6th Doctor and Peri. I am really looking forward this time to meeting Captain Jack, and The 10th Doctor himself, David Tennant. I also heard a rumor that The 6th Doctor is going to be there. It would be FANtastic if the two regenerations spent some time on stage.

I am also looking forward to this convention for personal reasons. As some of you know my wife Debbie is a NY Times Best Selling Novelist. She made her first professional appearance at Comic Con when I was finishing Law School, and at the time I could not get away from my studies to join her. This time though I get to be there for all the fun.

If any of you are going to be at Comic Con, reply to this site, let us know what you thought of the convention, and join us at Debbie’s appearance at the panel titled “Care and Feeding of a Series.”
