I’ll wait while you get over your shock. Anyway, while Calliope was moving until the very last minute possible, Scott went to TimeGate and had a great time. At some later point, there was an interview with Ken Spivey. (You should check out his music, by the way.)

Let’s get to it shall we?

Some of you may be aware that I am obsessed with music. Just look at what I found!

And here’s the Doctor Who Fan Orchestra’s version of “Rose’s Theme / Doomsday.” It just arrived on YouTube Wednesday, and it’s my favorite so far. *applause*

I’ll just run around singing this for the rest of the day, okay?

And here’s the Doctor Who Fan Orchestra’s version of “This Is Gallifrey / Vale Decem.” I’m impressed.

I wish I could play the violin (or the lute). Any of you folks have an instrument that you’ve always wanted to play?

Have you heard of the Doctor Who Fan Orchestra? I hadn’t until just the other day. And now, I want more! Here is their version of “I Am The Doctor” by Murray Gold.

I may have mentioned Chameleon Circuit a time or two in the past. This is an acoustic version of a song that appears on their new album – Still Got Legs. (All hail Charlieissocoollike! Glad you’re part of the band.)

I love Chameleon Circuit (long live Trock!) and when I discovered there was a new video out on one of their songs (how did I miss this?) I just had to share it with you all.

Well…at least now we know that Arthur can play the piano. Be warned…these folks can sing…badly.

Okay so remember how I just got finished saying it was a slow news week for Doctor Who? Scrap that.

As you recall, The Late Late show had Matt Smith as a guest and the whole show was devoted to Who. It was a great show except the musical number that was suppose to be the cold open had to be junked at the last minute because one of the “producers” neglected to get the clearance to use the Doctor Who theme music. As indicated by Craig Ferguson the musical number was performed and although he could not condone it himself you could tell he was just hoping it would be leaked onto the internet.

So here it is. Okay so it’s not as important as the WikiLeaks news stories or even finding a lost Doctor Who episode, but its kinda close, its the lost Doctor Who musical number
