We survived day 2 of Gallifrey One: Network 23! There were so many things going on: autographs (Tony Curran, Mark Sheppard, and W. Morgan Sheppard!), interviews (same guys again), the podcaster’s panel (there are about as many podcast for Doctor Who as there are years the Doctor has been alive it seems), and, of course The Masquerade. If we can find videos of any of the Gally insanity when we get home, we’ll be sure to post it for you. In the meantime, here’s our podcast…

We made it! Yes, Scott and Calliope are at the same Convention at the same time. There have been no rifts in spacetime as yet (as far as we know). There was a Fire Alarm this morning, but we aren’t counting that. The podcast is a quick one this time, but it may include autograph!squee and larcenous thoughts.

Is anyone going to Gallifrey One this year? Both Scott and I are.

Yes, you read that correctly. Scott and Calliope will be in the same Con at the same time. (Well, provided that my car doesn’t decide to up and explode.)

We didn’t manage to get t-shirts made or anything, but we’ll be there all weekend…so keep your eyes peeled.

Last night, on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Chris Hardwick presented his adventure at Gallifrey One. You know, I really need to attend next year’s Gallifrey One.

Found it! (Thanks, earthsdaughterarts.) During the opening ceremonies, they showed two videos from folks who couldn’t join us. The first was from Steven Moffat, expressing regret that he couldn’t join us, and promising that we’d love the new Doctor. (see the video here.) The second video was from Peter Davison (as faithfully delivered by his daughter, Georgia Moffat.) Here is that second video. I am issuing a no eating or drinking warning for this video. You’ll see why.

Hello all. I’m home again. (Got in at 2am on Tuesday morning, actually.) While I get my act together and my new computer sorted out (new computer!!) I offer you a scene from Gallifrey One 2010. This occurred while I was waiting in line for the Masquerade of Mandragora. My evil twin can be seen (and heard laughing) in the background. The cuteness is quite geeky. Enjoy…Dalek encounters.
